A North Carolina native, Jennifer Jackson has spent nearly 25 years helping clients navigate both residential and commercial real estate. Before joining CorcoranHM Properties in 2022, she built a distinguished career with the Allen Tate Company, where she was awarded the “Most Likely to Succeed” award and quickly rose to become the region’s #1 closed volume agent within just five years and maintained her position as a top 5% producer throughout her time with the company.

Prior to real estate, Jennifer founded “Integrity Design & Development” which produced porcelain replicas of NASCAR race cars, thus making her one of the first female co-owned companies in the sport. Jennifer is an active member of both the Commercial and Residential Boards of Realtors® and has been recognized as an industry leader in the Charlotte Business Journal’s “Commercial Quarterly.” She is also a multiple year recipient of the CRCBR’s “Deal Makers Silver Award,” underscoring her expertise and results-driven approach.

Beyond real estate, Jennifer is deeply engaged in the Charlotte community. She supports the arts as a member of the Mint Museum Auxiliary, the Bechtler Museum’s Firebird Society, Queens University’s Learning Society, and Music with Friends. Her philanthropic involvement includes serving on nonprofit boards such as The Patriot Charities and Fashion Breathes Life, while also volunteering with organizations like St. Jude Children’s Hospital. She has contributed to business growth initiatives as part of the Economic Development Committee for Navigate Cornelius, helping establish the town’s 2030 development framework.

Jennifer is also a passionate advocate for Safe Alliance. As a survivor of domestic violence, she brings empathy, resilience, and strength into her work. She understands that “home” is more than square footage—it represents safety, stability, and freedom to thrive. This perspective allows her to connect with clients on a deeply personal level, whether they are starting over, moving forward, or stepping into a new chapter.
